A cozy and comfortable semi-basement apartment

Nice, very well equipped apartment with great location. Good stay for a few days.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as described. Levan, the host, was incredibly responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The check-in process was smooth, with clear and detailed instructions. I especially loved the bed as it was very comfortable. The apartment is brand new, with all facilities in perfect working order. The Wi-Fi was strong, so I didn't have any problems making work videocalls. If you're visiting Tbilisi and looking for a comfortable place to stay with a helpful and kind host, this is an excellent choice.

I liked everything

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! From the moment I arrived, the owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made everything so easy and comfortable. The apartment itself was spotless extremely neat, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated. Every corner of the house showed great attention to detail, and it felt like a perfect home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful, cozy, and truly exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend this place enough it’s a hidden gem and I would happily stay here again!
