Уютная квартира в новом доме. С балкона - вид на город. Несмотря на то, что дом заселен пока частично, никаких неудобств и шума не было. Метро буквально в 5 минутах, до центра ехать 3 остановки. Продуктовый магазин - в соседнем доме, основные продукты можно купить там и не нести издалека. Хозяйка была всегда на связи и помогала решить все вопросы. С удовольствием рекомендую!

Расположение неплохое, 5-10 минут от метро, очень уютная и комфортная квартира в новом доме, приятная хозяйка, все необходимые принадлежности для комфортного проживания были

This was a superb stay at an excellent place. It is a well furnished, nicely appointed, clean, modern apartment. Great view. Close(ish) to Delisi metro station in an OK area, shops and a few cafes. No urban stress. I extended my stay. This is one of the good ones.
As one or more others have commented, the apartments are still being made, so there is occasional construction noise. Even at its worst it wasn't a problem. It was difficult to meet to get the key - would have been OK if I had brought a Georgian SIM card with internet.
