The combination of a Airbnb and a hotel room was amazing. It was the most comfortable hotel room in japan. It matched our expectations.

It was a great space very big compared to most rooms in Japan. The onsens on site were amazing. There was even an outdoor onsen. Great location to visit all the ski resorts around Yuzawa.

Very large spacious room. Family mart conveniently located in the hotel lobby. Comfortable futon beds.
This room is a privately owned room located in Hotel Angel Grandia - I don’t think that is clearly stated in the booking.com description.
Room was quite dusty - we cleaned the floor when we arrived. We could smell smoke at times (neighbours above/below were smoking), but for some reason we were unable to close the window fully.
It is about a 15-20 min bus ride from the main train station - there are free shuttle buses to and fro, but will need to be cognisant of the shuttle bus timings and adjust your plans from there.
