Cabins were lovely, it’s the little things for me, milk, eggs, bread and jam in fridge complimentary, also tea, coffee , makes a difference to your stay .

The place was spotless, but I didn’t get that freshly washed feel or smell from bedding , and the cold plunge was dirty so bit off putting, and I do think when staying at the cabins the sauna, and fire pit should be complimentary, as is not cheap ,

I can't rate this place highly enough,  and absolute hidden gem! Loved every minute of my stay at cuilcagh cabins. Amazing attention to detail. The cabins are so cosy, spotlessly clean, and really private in a peaceful location  surrounded by trees and nature. The cabin was really well equipped, everything you need is there - kitchenware,  kettle,  toaster, pots and pan, toiletries etc. Comfortable bed and couch - in my case it was only me but this place could comfortably sleep 3-4 people. They also provide a sauna and cold plunge on site. Also there is an option of having your own firepit/barbecue setup behind you cabin in the evenings. The host David welcomed me personally the first day, providing a detailed overview of the cabin and making sure everything was in order. He also recommended many fantastic local restaurants and places to visit in the area. There is beautiful nature walk just beside the cabins, with benches next to the river to sit and soak up the peace of nature. Such a warm and friendly atmosphere I can 100% recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in nature, which is still close to many parks, hiking spots and tourist attractions etc.
