Great house with c15min walk to the nearest metro stop, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms (definitely needed for groups) and beautiful garden with a magnolia tree

Kitchen equipments were not sufficient; both bathroom sewage needed our cleaning when checked in; no coffee capsules though there is the machine; chairs were not enough for 6 ppl. The key safe is in a very difficult place (esp at nights)

This is a stunning wow factor property that is great for small groups or families. Brilliantly located near shops and for travel into central London or east. Close to Victoria part and canals for a lovely stroll.

Location was great - close to groceries, Mile End tube stop, restaurants, Victoria and Mile End Parks. The garden in the front was lovely. Very quiet and private. We loved the new high-end appliances and the large bathrooms. The kitchen was huge. And the sun shining in the big windows on most days!

BROKEN THINGS: the threshold of the front door seems to be too high in the middle, so the door scrapes on it making it very hard to open and close (the kids could barely open it and needed help). The table had only four chairs, one of which was broken on arrival, but we booked for six people and so we couldn't all eat at the kitchen table at once. The entry closet had the bottom hinge pulled out of the wall. COMMUNICATION IMPROVEMENT: When we wrote three times to the landlord before we arrived with a few questions, we were ignored. Called and messaged on WhatsApp the landlord-supplied phone number and saw that our message had been read—but we received no reply. SUPPLIES: We stayed for 2 weeks and ran out of garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. We would have liked some extra towels and hand towels for such a long visit.
