Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1,000 charge will be applied to cover deep cleaning and damage.
Noise Monitoring in Place
Loud music, indoor smoking or signs of gatherings will trigger our monitoring systems and may result in immediate removal without refund.
Stays Over 10 Nights
For stays exceeding 10 nights, additional mid-stay housekeeping is required at £125 per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.

Early check-in before 3PM if not pre-approved: £20 per half hour
