We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Sax Paris. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Lisa, the Front Office Manager, for her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Although we experienced a few issues during our stay, she made every effort to ensure we left with a positive impression, and we truly appreciated her thoughtful gesture and personal attention. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend Hôtel Sax Paris to our family and friends.

Staff were affable, and food was great

First night at restaurant, was not pleasant, we had reservations, yet we did not get laid table.

Check-in was seamless, the front‑desk team were exceptionally professional and welcoming, and the concierge handled every request with impressive efficiency. Dining at Kinugawa was a highlight the cuisine was superb and the service flawless. Breakfast offered an excellent variety.

Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of 5* standards: - Restaurant & bar: Staff often seemed under‑trained and, at times, less than welcoming. - Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent, towel counts varied, personal amenities were moved and rearranged, and complimentary water was frequently omitted. - Breakfast: Only a couple of waiters were covering the entire room, leaving guests waiting and the overall experience feeling chaotic. - Elevators: Repeated malfunctions over 2 consecutive days. Overall, the hotel appeared understaffed and not fully prepared for peak occupancy, which detracted from what should have been a premium stay.
