The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and very clean. Breakfast is excellent, with a beautiful view of Paris. The food is delicious and high-quality, and the service throughout the hotel is exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was seamless, the front‑desk team were exceptionally professional and welcoming, and the concierge handled every request with impressive efficiency. Dining at Kinugawa was a highlight the cuisine was superb and the service flawless. Breakfast offered an excellent variety.

Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of 5* standards: - Restaurant & bar: Staff often seemed under‑trained and, at times, less than welcoming. - Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent, towel counts varied, personal amenities were moved and rearranged, and complimentary water was frequently omitted. - Breakfast: Only a couple of waiters were covering the entire room, leaving guests waiting and the overall experience feeling chaotic. - Elevators: Repeated malfunctions over 2 consecutive days. Overall, the hotel appeared understaffed and not fully prepared for peak occupancy, which detracted from what should have been a premium stay.
