Nice repurpose of the Orange/ The Postal office building

The area is clean and civilised, the room we had was quiet-facing the inner court-and the bed so soft and comfortable, the temperature adequate-warm and controlable from the room pannel- not from the reception like in other hotels, the sound of air was almost unaudible, good pressure of water in the shower, nice bottles of juice as welcome drinks on the table, not very noisy from the hallways-door is rather well soundproofed. The garden is beautiful and I imagine also very pleasent during warm and dry months. There is also a small swimming pool. Nice decoration during winter and the presence of fireplaces elevates the experience. For those who chase a glimpse of La Tour, this is a nice observation deck on the top floor terrace. The gym is spacious and well appointed. Nice design with the mirrors. And the sauna and hamma are equaly well executed. The welcome I had at reception from a certain lady was one of the best I have encountered in a 5 star hotel.

The smell of food on the 6th and 5th floor hallways and elevator altogether. It is very poorly insulated from the kitchen. Also the elevators are mainly used by restaurants goers. So this is more like a roof top restaurant and terrace with accomodation. The traffic in the elevators is similar to metro. It is very crowded and two rather small elevators are just insufficient for the large masses that move up and down to and from the 7th and 8th floors. The top floor restaurant does not belong to the hotel, the ground floor does. No chance of having a reserved area for the hotel guests with a guaranteed table and sitting- that is rather unthoghtful from their part. Especially since the guests are submitted to the whole smell&traffic inconvenience from the said restaurant.

Modern hotel with great staff

The hotel had been newly renovated and was equipped with state-of-the-art technology. It was modern and chic. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We received a welcome message and a handwritten note with New Year's wishes. They made every effort to make us feel appreciated, which I am grateful for.

The room was tiny for two people, especially the bathroom. It felt congested when both of us used the bathroom at the same time, despite the presence of two sinks; the space was too small for both of us. I must admit that I am Asian, with a slight build. When I say 'small,' it is indeed small.

Modern, Spacious, and Five Star Service!

Welcoming and friendly staff, modern facilities, rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the rooftop lounge/restaurant offers a view of the Eiffel Tower, cocktails and the lobster gyoza at Restaurant Sax was phenomenal! There’s a bistro right across the street with THE best croissants and coffee to start the day. Didn’t have time to enjoy the spa during our short stay, but wish we could have! Wonderful stay!

Very luxurious hotel, friendly and accomodating staff.

After some minor set backs upon check in, the team at SAX went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of our stay was without fault. Emmanuel the duty manager inserted himself in some of the issues we were having and without his fantastic efforts, this review probably would’ve gone a little different. From our experience they really do care about your needs. The rooms here are all amazing, the bed is like a cloud! Great location, walk out of the hotel onto the street and in all her glory stands the Eiffel Tower. We didn’t get a chance to dine at the in hotel restaurant with views of the tower, it was booked out. So get in before your stay to reserve a spot.

Our room wasn’t when we arrived 3:30pm so we had to wait a little longer than we hoped, they did serve complimentary drinks and snacks in the bar until our room became available. On weekends they do tend hold events till late, we experienced some noise from our room on the first floor, they moved us to an amazing suite on the 5th floor free of charge to ensure the remainder of our stay was more comfortable.

Beautiful luxury hotel near the Eiffel Tower

What a stunning hotel - we loved the decor throughout the hotel and the service was friendly & attentive from the moment we stepped into the lobby and was greeted with a class of champagne. Our room was beautiful, as we were in Paris for our honeymoon & my birthday we found a complimentary bottle of champagne in our room on arrival with rose petals & a balloon set up which was a gorgeous touch. The black & white marble that featured in various areas of the hotel is so striking & looked wonderful in our bathroom complete with freestanding bath tub. The fixtures & fittings were exceptional quality & gave a very luxurious feel to the stay. Breakfast was also great- a huge selection of food to choose from & again elevated with great decor & a magnificent view of the Eiffel Tower. All in all we are so glad we booked here, it was a real treat.

We will always have Paris .. at Sax Hotel!

Paris est toujours une bonne idée. And staying at Sax Hotel made it even better. We had a wonderful time. I booked four nights for my birthday and Sax Hotel exceeded expectations. The Eiffel Tower view even at breakfast, the charming garden by the pool, the spacious rooms and last but not least the Sixth Arrondissement. Love at first sight!

Restaurant was incredible; food was absolutely exquisite. Staff were brilliant, Concierge got us tickets to two events that were sold out online! Would definitely return. Room service menu was perfect when tired after a long day cycling. Perfect location to pick up bikes, taxis or to start walking. Incredible view of the Eiffel tower from the restaurant.

Pool small and in the open air restaurant downstairs, so not very private. Room change, we didn't get replenishments of coffee pods without asking. When we asked they did, probably an oversight from housekeeping.

Beautiful property with great potential, but fell short of a 5 star experience

Check-in was seamless, the front‑desk team were exceptionally professional and welcoming, and the concierge handled every request with impressive efficiency. Dining at Kinugawa was a highlight the cuisine was superb and the service flawless. Breakfast offered an excellent variety.

Unfortunately, several aspects fell short of 5* standards: - Restaurant & bar: Staff often seemed under‑trained and, at times, less than welcoming. - Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent, towel counts varied, personal amenities were moved and rearranged, and complimentary water was frequently omitted. - Breakfast: Only a couple of waiters were covering the entire room, leaving guests waiting and the overall experience feeling chaotic. - Elevators: Repeated malfunctions over 2 consecutive days. Overall, the hotel appeared understaffed and not fully prepared for peak occupancy, which detracted from what should have been a premium stay.

Beautiful hotel and rooms but very mediocre food and service level

The hotel is absolutely stunning and brand new. Great attention to detail in terms of aesthetic finishing. The staff is very polite and well intentioned but it needs training. My room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a show stopper. The gym is quite luxurious and it had the necessary for a good cardio session despite being a bit small. Late check out was not a problem and dry clean service was very good.

I was aware that the rate I paid for 3 nights was much higher than usual due to Fashion Week but yet my expectations were not fully met. The lifts are a bit small and slow. I had to ask for hangers 3 times before having them delivered. Most of the cleaners do not speak English. The AC in my bedroom was not strong enough to the point that my sleep was affected. A technician was sent and it worked better for a few hours but it was again very weak during the evening. At breakfast, many dishes did not have serving cutlery. It sounds like a small issue but I did not feel like using the pork tongs to get my chicken/salmon and many people with dietary restrictions would not either. The berries looked very sad and unappealing. I ordered a capuccino twice and both times received just some watery coffee with milk on it (picture attached). The guests sitting next to me complained about not having salt and pepper on the tables and having ordered coffee/tea/eggs that never showed up. I had dinner at the sushi restaurant twice and both times the black cod was dry. The shrimp tempura had very little meat on it and the tuna makis were basically seaweed and rice. On the positive side, the sashimi platter was amazing. Overall, I think the hotel has great potential but it will need to run a few months before the service level matches the aesthetic. Would I come back? Maybe during low season at €600-700 per night but not at €1k+. Fingers crossed it will be a success soon!

Friendly new hotel with great views in restaurant

Perfectly located new hotel with great staff including friendly and helpful reception and concierge. Exceptional restaurant Kinugawa at the 7th floor where also breakfast is served with spectacular views and great interior design.

We booked a queen room with 24 m2 and it felt a bit narrow for 2.

Завтраки самые вкусные и разнообразные, свежайшие тропические ягоды и фрукты, не сезонные фрукты максимально вкусные и самый приятный бонус шампанское Taittinger на завтрак с видом на Башню. Невероятно приятным сюрпризом стало повышение категории номера в честь нашей с мужем годовщины. Вкусные приятности и цветы в номере - оставили незабываемые впечатления от этого отеля!

Мне показалось долгим процесс check-in и check-out. И для моей страны и ее банков кой системы сложно с блокированием суммы при заезде и списании этой же суммы при выезде. В нашей стране долгий процесс разблокировки и есть лимит на использование средств за границей.

Я вышел на балкон, дверь закрылась, оказалось что сломана ручка двери и назад мне не удалось попасть. Я оказался на балконе заперт, час я звал на помощь и стучал по батареям. Никто не откликнулся. Мне пришлось спускаться в тапочках с балкона второго этажа на нулевой, это было небезопасно, чтобы позвать персонал отеля. Я испытал огромный стресс, мне поменяли номер. Но даже не предложили никак урегулировать этот инцидент. А если бы я не спустился? Или упал. Сколько времени я бы провел на балконе?

Un nouvel hôtel digne des plus beaux palaces Parisiens

L'hôtel est magnifique, que ce soit la galerie, le bar, le jardin, la chambre... La vue du roof top est époustouflante. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'emplacement rive gauche est idéal pour visiter Paris et flâner dans le 7ème.
