We had an outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel has a clean, modern feel throughout, and the attention to detail really stands out.
The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make our stay special. We were particularly touched by the effort they put into celebrating my wife’s birthday; nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The Japanese restaurant was fantastic, with beautifully prepared food, and the rooftop bar offered stunning views of the Eiffel Tower, an unforgettable setting, especially in the evening. The garden area with the pool was another highlight, providing a peaceful and well-designed space to relax.
Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged.
Overall, a truly memorable experience thanks to incredible service and a beautiful setting. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Air conditioning wasn’t great but we were provided with an extra fan (Dyson). This helped massively.

Я вышел на балкон, дверь закрылась, оказалось что сломана ручка двери и назад мне не удалось попасть. Я оказался на балконе заперт, час я звал на помощь и стучал по батареям. Никто не откликнулся. Мне пришлось спускаться в тапочках с балкона второго этажа на нулевой, это было небезопасно, чтобы позвать персонал отеля. Я испытал огромный стресс, мне поменяли номер. Но даже не предложили никак урегулировать этот инцидент. А если бы я не спустился? Или упал. Сколько времени я бы провел на балконе?
