The locality is fantastic. Beautiful mountain, golf and golf dam views. The house looked beautiful on arrival. Big and spacious.
Definitely run down and needs serious attention. It was not as clean and equipped as one would expect for a house of this caliber and price. Kitchen utensils seriously need replacement and a good clean.

The property is spacious and comfortable, making it suitable for a large family group, and the location within Pecanwood Estate is excellent.
However, a few issues affected our stay. The house could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and some general upkeep is needed especially considering the premium price.
The biggest frustration was the estate entrance process. Despite submitting all required forms and ID details in advance, access was still slow and disorganized. To complicate matters, the host, Cherne, manages the property on behalf of the owner, which made it harder to get prompt assistance when we were stuck at the gate.
For the rate charged, a higher standard of cleanliness, better maintenance, and a smoother check-in process are reasonable expectations.
