L'appartamento si trova in un bel complesso di nuovi edifici che ricordano grandi navi da crociera. Ben sorvegliato, sicuro, con grandi spazi verdi chiusi, ottimi per una passeggiata con cani. Bella vista dal balcone. Spiaggia a pochi minuti a piedi, cosí come il bel porticciuolo dove si trovano diversi locali e ristoranti. Stazione ferroviaria a pochi minuti. Ottimo per raggiungere altre città della Costa Azzurra tipo Cannes e Nizza. Parcheggio sicuro. Florian è stato molto attento, amichevole e disponibile. Alla reception trovi sempre qualcuno disponibile. Ottimo.
La camera da letto è un po' strettina e si trova all'entrata dell'appartamento, e da su una strada rumorosa. Ma nel complesso accettabile.

The location was very good. Good aircon and facilities for cooking and bathroom.

The location of this apartment is perfect for exploring the area. Close to the train station and beach. Very secure with good parking facilities and ideal with a dog due to a secure communal garden. Restaurants close by and great views. Air conditioning fab!
The apartment needs some maintenance and updating.

This apartment offers a very good accommodation for one or 2 people who need 2 separate sleeping rooms , very well designed, with a stunning view to the Sea and the Marina. The properties in the complex are big but the maintenance and security seemed very satisfactory. I also enjoyed the covered parking spot! The owner was very communicative, helpful with directions and other advice. I highly recommend this property
none to complain about.
