L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à sa description, dans un état d'entretien impeccable. Nous l'avons occupé mon épouse et moi même du 11 au 25 07 2009, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié : son équipement très complet et confortable, la terrasse avec une vue imprenable, la résidence pour son jardin et sa plage directe étonnamment très calmes, la sécurité des accès, la place de parking réservée au sous-sol, la proximité des commerces et restaurants, Ainsi que la sympathie des propriétaires...
