La limpieza, la ubicación, el estado en general.
Si sales a la calle, llevate el móvil con carga, porque si te quedas sin baterías, lo vas a tener difícil para acceder.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación del apartamento a 10 minutos del centro. La decoración muy cuidada y acogedora. Las instalaciones un 10, muy amplio. Habíamos leído los comentario anteriores e íbamos con un poco de miedo por el tema olores/humedades y nada de nada, al revés olía perfectamente y estaba muy limpio todo.
La puerta se abre con un enlace que la anfitriona mandó a nuestro móvil, luego pudimos reenviarlo para poder tenerlo a mano lo que no nos daba mucha seguridad.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Santiago, einem der traditionsreichsten Flamenco-Viertel von Jerez. Die Lage war für uns perfekt – lebendig, authentisch und voller Kultur, mit vielen Cafés, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Wir konnten in wenigen Tagen unglaublich viel erleben, allein schon durch das besondere Flair des Viertels. Die Wohnung selbst war wie auf den Fotos: sehr schön und typisch eingerichtet, sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Alles wirkte neu und gut in Schuss, sodass wir uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt haben.
Bei unserer Ankunft gab es ein paar kleinere Mängel, die die Vermieterin sehr engagiert und sofort gelöst hat. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich immer prompt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.
