Apple Tree Apartment

The apartment is clean and has a new equipment&furniture. Good linen& pillow, the bed is comfortable.it equipped Iron, washing machine,coffee machine.

The apartment is located in a very old building with dirty staircases, a dilapidated entrance hall, and dirty doors. There is a terrible sewage smell in the toilet because the shower drain has no water trap. On the way to the apartment, you have to open metal grilles, which could trap you in the event of a fire — it would be impossible to open them quickly, and there is not even a fire extinguisher in the apartment. The space is very small, so when you wake up, you may hit your head on the ceiling, as if you were in a camper van. There is no central heating in the building, as is often the case in Europe. The electric heater dries out the air and distributes heat unevenly throughout the apartment, so in winter it is hot in the bed area, while the kitchen and bathroom remain cold, especially because you have to keep the window open due to the awful smell. Overall, my impression is negative. The neighborhood, which is called the Jewish Quarter, also has rather little greenery compared with the central districts.

Modern, liniștit, wifi, pat confortabil, bucătăria destul de echipată, o sticlă de vin din partea proprietarului-un gest plăcut.

Lenjeria și prosoapele nu păreau foarte curate, aveau pete. Locuința răcoroasă în martie, condiționerul nu făcea față să îl încălzească. Curățenia putea fi și mai bine, era foarte prăfuit tot. Trebuie să fii atent când urci la etajul superior ca să te culci să nu te lovești cu capul. Aș fi preferat să mai fie prosoape curate și să fie și prosoape de hârtie în bucătărie. Destul de departe de centru și de stație, dar nu e o problemă dacă iubești să mergi pe jos. Slow communication with the owner, we had a few problems with entrance and they didn’t reply.

Cute and shick design apartment, lot of cooking tools, best locality, clean :)
