We had a very pleasant one‑night stay in this apartment. It’s conveniently set up for families or friends, with a comfortable layout, well‑equipped kitchen, and a capsule coffee maker that was a nice touch. We chose it for its proximity to Malpensa Airport before an early morning flight, and it worked perfectly for that purpose.
Even with the short stay, we really enjoyed Arona — such a charming city on the shores of Lake Maggiore. We’d be happy to come back and stay longer next time.
There was a bit of a hassle with the check‑in process and retrieving the keys from the lockbox, which took longer than expected. On warm summer days, a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge would be a thoughtful touch. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, and as the room gets hot you need to keep the windows open — but that also means quite a lot of street noise during the night.

Não engana. O que está nas fotos é o que encontramos ao chegar: um apartamento arrumado, limpo, bem decorado e acolhedor. Boas áreas, perfeito para 3 pessoas. Com máquina de lavar roupa, microondas, máquina de café de cápsulas, secador de cabelo, etc. A decoração está muito bonita, o prédio é sossegado e o contacto com os responsáveis correu sempre bem. Ter garagem privada foi o motivo que nos levou a escolher este lugar, mas superou as expectativas. E também é muito perto do centro e a zona é tranquila.

Era molto caldo. non c'e aria cond. o ventilatore. ho chiesto un ventilatore, mi hanno detto che mi chiameranno, nessuno mi ha chiamato.
Bollitore in cucina non funzionava.
