Emplacement exceptionnel tant pour la plage que le CV de Royan. Avons tout fait à pieds. Appartement très bien décoré et agencé. Place de parking a l intérieur d une cours sécurisée Conciergerie avec Anthony: efficace et réactif.
Quelques matériel électroménager mériteraient d être remplacés: cafetière électrique ( a la place d' une italinne), poeles et casseroles a changer ainsi que quelques couverts en plus seraient utiles.

Tres bien localisé, à proximite de la plage et du centre ville. Logement bien equipé, moderne propre. Bonne literie. Service de conciergerie tres efficace
La clef de la porte qui a tendance à se coincer dans le barillet de la serrure... Le balisage des places de parking... Bref...des details....

j ai voulu donner un coup d'aspirateur mais pas pu l'utiliser. (sans fil mais peut être pas chargé ?). D'autre part je n'ai pas vu de tapis de bain près de la baignoire.
