Carol's Sicily Dream

This is a brilliant seaside town, it was very quiet in early November when we visited, but we were lucky with the weather, it was proper summer. The private roofterrace is a gem. Good restaurants and pasticerias nearby.

L'appartamento è ben arredato e funzionale. È dotato anche di uno spazioso terrazzo dove mangiare e rilassarsi. A disposizione ci sono lavatrice e filo da stendere. La posizione è strategica, poiché poco distante dal mare. Negozi, bar e ristoranti sono facilmente raggiungibili. Sotto casa si trova una salumeria che prepara gustosi panini e aperitivi; il panificio è a due passi. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, paziente e molto disponibile nel dare informazioni e dritte per visitare le splendide località nei dintorni. Speriamo di poterci ritornare!

September 25, this is a brand new/refurbished apartment. It is 250 meters from the beach, 150 meters from closest grocery store, and 100 meters from closest charming restaurant. But the real gem with this place is the roof top terrace. Large, with sunbeds, parasols, dinner table, some exercise equipment. Fantastic view over Mount Monaco, late evening sun. The place was extraordinarily clean, and the host Carola was seriously the most service minded and flexible host there is. This was my third trip to San Vito LC, I will pick this place also the next time. Family of 4 from Norway/ living in Sicily last 3 years.
