No 7 - Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment in Lanark Town Centre

I stayed for 5 weeks during my placement, I loved the apartment. It had everything I needed during my time there, the location was amazing and it was extremely clean.

I had no issues at all and don’t think I would change anything.

Everything at hand, very clean and tidy a lot of thought for an enjoyable stay. Although on a busy road a comfortable nights sleep. Received welcome emails with clear direction.

Stairs to accommodation a little steep for an older person. Small sofa ideal but not comfortable.

Well equipped, clean modern renovation of an attic flat. Well equipped kitchen with washer dryer, iron and board. Also has a big fridge freezer. Tea and coffee also provided. Bed was comfortable but disappointingly only a double bed size. The room is easily big enough for a bigger bed. Telephone call to manager was answered quickly and problem solved quickly.

A king bed made up of two king singles would be an easy fit for the room instead of the small double bed. Tall people take note, you have to stoop a lot, it’s an attic room with low sloping ceilings. Entrance hallway was not pretty but as a communal space probably not the fault of this apartment. Outside entrance door off street does not lock easily without slamming. Apartment door does lock easily though. Slightly difficult to find despite the entrance guide sent. No bonnet road sign at all. First left driveway off South Vennel road from traffic lights. Second entrance door, look for lock boxes.
