Casa Mimì - Happy Rentals

The apartment was clean and fully equipped for a longer stay, including a washing machine, oven, microwave, and even sun umbrellas. The location worked for us. It was near supermarkets like Lidl and Conad, with a 20-minute walk to the historic center, and 15 minutes to the beach bus stop. We didn't have issues collecting the key and were allowed to enter the apartment a couple of hours early. All communication with the local representative was fine. We had a bit of a unpleasant situation when the fridge leaked due to ice buildup, but that was resolved by the property owners, who were extremely kind and friendly.

The house rules and waste-sorting instructions felt overly strict with threats of penalties, yet the bio-waste bin wasn't set up correctly in the first place. It had a non-biodegradable bag in it on our arrival. So, when I realized that, I ended up transferring waste to a biodegradable bag. I don't know how strictly these rules are applied, but it created an unnecessary headache on an otherwise nice trip.

Très bon séjour ! Le logement est confortable, bien situé et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L’endroit est propre, pratique et conforme à nos attentes. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Arrivando ad Alghero, la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto ed essere stati accolti con grande cordialità dalla Signora Paola. Casa Mimi è estremamente confortevole, c'è di tutto e di più anche per sistemare i bagagli. Altra cosa molto gradita poter raggiungere il centro storico o il mare in poco tempo ed avere un vicinato molto tranquillo.
