Its not about the property it's the owner that made me feel like a made a mistake by using booking.com she wanted to cancel my booking telling me she did not get my money for prepayment whereas I paid the full amount.if the is something to be fixed its that issue of money circulation if it does not go straight to the owner immediately then it should so that we wont be having issues like these its the first I have been using booking.com for so many years without this issue. I called saying helo I got a email ethi you want to cancel my booking I want to ask why and her reply was was that email from me and Im like no its from booking.com wathi hay sundifaka sisi andithi unike abelungu imali yakho glimpse of our call it was realy not nice coz ndiyaqala uyiva and my worry was for iimali lhe ingaka imke nabelungu I did not want to know what happened when she was talking about it when I was there coz she tried to talk about it ndaqonda ndiyokonwaba eMonti andifuni noyicinga icall yethu I laughed ndambonisa uba I dnt wanna talk about it.I wish it can never happen to anyone again it must be fixed whatever it is mayilungiswe

The location

We booked 4 rooms, double bed rooms beds need to be changed they are not comfortable at all. The was 1 room with dirty duvet cover, the white towels are cream white. There was expired instant coffee dated 2023. Tv in all 4 rooms were not working, there was 1 room with fridge but no plug. One double bed room had no fridge

The location was excellent, stone's throw from Vincent park. Breakfast I didn't opt for.

Might be something, might be nothing. Room 7 should have a proper curtain instead of lace on the upper kitchen window. The sun blasts you in the morning as the bed is facing the East (sunrise)

It’s clean , staff was very friendly and helpful I love the location as everything is close Rooms were comfortable
