The onsite staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The room didn't match the booking.com rating in my mind. Shower sprayed into the bathroom.

The property is very beautiful and tranquil. The rooms are very big and decorated with nice modern furniture. I really loved the pool, it was nice and well cleaned. My favourite part was the breakfast, it was so good. The lady who made our breakfast was so kind, attentive to our needs and requests, super friendly and helpful.
We had a slight issue in our first room and the floors were a bit dirty but they sorted it out super quickly and even upgraded us to a bigger room and luxurious room, which speaks volumes about the quality of service being provided which is exceptional. The pillows in the second room were not comfortable.
