Boa localização, arrumado e aparentemente limpo. É mais alto do que dizem, uns 2.10m de pé direito.

Um cheiro ligeiro a esgoto, provavelmente vindo da tubagem do lavatório no quarto de banho com uma folga enorme no tubo de descarga (resolvi provisoriamente), falta uma cortina na janela da sala, a porta tem grandes frestas e sem isolamento acústico, a entrada do prédio está velha e descuidada...

We spent just one night in the apartment. But accomodation was good enough. There was everything we needed.

Shower needs a replacement.

Location is great, although I wasn’t feeling comfortable in a neighbourhood when going back home and it’s dark. I saw groups of suspicious people just the street next to it

The flat did not feel properly adapted for rental. Everything seemed unusually small and cramped. I am 1.73m tall, and from the entrance to the building onward, the space felt quite claustrophobic. I even had to walk sideways through the entry door, which would also make it very difficult to bring in luggage or a backpack comfortably. Inside the room, the doors felt too low, and I had to lower my head to pass through them. The bathroom was also not functional. The shower was too small to use comfortably with the sliding doors closed, even though I am slim. The sink was so small that using it caused water to spill out, and there was no practical space to place basic items such as a toothbrush or toiletries. Overall, the flat felt too cramped and impractical for a comfortable stay.
