Apartamento centro Guaruja praia das Pintangueiras

Estive no apartamento do Walter com minha família na semana passada. Ficamos surpresos pois nunca vimos alguém tão educado e dedicado,e um espaço tão limpo,organizado e aconchegante. Nos sentimos em casa e com toda certeza voltaremos sempre que possível. Tenho certeza que quem estiver em dúvida e for,se sentirá tão bem que nem vai querer voltar para casa rsrs. Senhor Walter está de parabéns pela estagia e pelo zelo com seu apartamento,ficamos felizes e gratos. Muito perto da praia,um lugar de família,um mar bom para banho e com um mercado na esquina,facilitando muito a vida. Tem também os bancos,restaurantes… Vale muito a pena!!

This large, very clean and comfortable apartment with multiple beds over 3 bedrooms was more than I needed but I was glad I booked it. The sofa in the living area and balconies were a bonus. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable with a bedside table and lamp and overhead fan/light combination and A/C. There is a socket with a small table for charging your phone. There is also a washing machine just off the kitchen area, which has a large refrigerator, cooker, microwave and coffee maker. However, there was no crockery, cutlery or cooking pots or utensils Apparently this is common for rental apartments in Brazil. Also common is that towels and bed linens are not automatically supplied. However, my wonderful host Walter anticipated that, as a foreigner, I might not know this and arranged these for me. Private parking is secure behind a sliding gate opened by a remote. Spaces may be tight if they are all used but there was only 1 other car parked while I was there. My host Walter was terrific. He not only arranged bed linens and towels for me, he did so for free. He responded to any messages very quickly and was waiting for me when I arrived even though I was quite late from the time I had told him I would arrive. He came over quickly when I was unable to figure out the washing machine. In short, he was a fantastic, responsive, helpful, host. I really enjoyed my stay and would return without any doubt.
