Price wise its okey comfortable wise its below zero I would say

Within the range of this price it’s affordable but its very very tiny space compared to the fake pictures given in the booking.com website..

Very congested place and the bathroom is common it does not have any towels or hand wash or shower gel or anything. Its was very very hard to find the place after taking the Uber it dropped me in different locations.. i had to walk almost 15 mnts with the luggage which was very hard

Not a good experience

There is nothing to like except location for this property.

There was no electricity for the whole night from evening. Even the authority didn’t try to fix it. The rooms don’t look like as in the app shows. The rooms are too congested.

Space is the biggest issue

Price is generally good, based on the fact it's next to the metro.

The space inside the partition (rooms) is honestly too small. Two of us (bunk beds) and we couldn't really move, nor open our backpacks unless it was on the bed itself. Never seen such a small room honestly.

Building was very old and very crowded, that is why you have to wait for lift and only 2 toilet in whole apartment.

Good location at Deira, helpful staff. If you don’t expect anything other than sleeping, it’s reasonable.

I didn’t see any room which seen at these photos. Last floor of a business center at Deira. Too little rooms and bunk beds.

lift and narrow room

great location and comfy bed at this price but room was too narrow, and in the ground floor , there was a govt notice that partition apartment shound be close before 21 july

lift, there is 20 floor in that building and every time you've to wait for 5-10 min to get your number for the lift ...if you solo or want to save money then you can book and if you are with family then do not book , it seems like i where in slum area so many nigerian indians and other nationality guys ....and also room was too naroow even you cant stand properly with both hands stretch

Place for long term immigrant workers, filthy facility

Rooms have individual locks providing you with privacy.

Filthy rooms, cockroaches everywhere, in your bed, on the floor, everywhere! The rooms are actually tiny spaces separated by carton dividers. You hear absolutely everything. This seem to be a place where are the immigrant workers come and stay long-term. The facility is not being cleaned properly. Sheets are dirty and do not get changed after each guest, they do tack in the bed to make it look like clean. So much hair so much stains on the bed sheets and pillows, rooms have no window bathrooms are stinky and extremely dirty, no tissues or soap, absolutely nothing! The building also is infested with bugs and cockroaches. The elevators take forever to arrive and you can wait 30 minutes or more to get inside one elevator with 40 people. The entire building is inhibited by immigrants workers. This is not a hostel but a long term place for people who come to Dubai for work… garbage is everywhere. People are spitting left and right, disgusting. The staff is friendly

Окон нет, комнаты как кладовки, душно и очень холодно даже летом, в коридорах 24 часа стоит ужасная вонь, шумно и грязно, лифты всегда забиты, очень очень длинные очереди к лифтам, ванные комн общие и всегда заняты, потому что гостей много. Никому не советую.
