Prima locatie. Dichtbij metrostations. Bakker in de buurt voor heerlijke croissantjes. Heel gemakkelijk contact met de host, vragen worden heel snel beantwoord, een probleempje met het internet werd supersnel opgelost.
geen lift, 3e etage, hier moet je als oudere en/of slecht ter been wel rekening mee houden

Spacious room. Had a washer/dryer, iron, and good size fridge. Handy location for transport some excellent boulangerie within minutes of walking.
Wording in ad is unclear - we had to lug our suitcases up 5-6 sets of winding stairs. The whole place stinks of cigarettes die to other tenants in the building. No built-in aircon - uses a big, noisy industrial unit vented or a window. It wasn't very effective but did help cooling a bit. Overly complicated check-in doesn't need to be.

Nearness to main tourist attractions.
We were left without a kettle and coffee maker because they were faulty. Marco was contacted several times but he made no effort to replace them. The steps up to the property are worn and unsuitable for those with a disability.
