Very friendly owner who answered our texts promptly. We loved the property - it is beautiful and has an interesting history. Little House is very conveniently located. Everything was brand new as if we were the first renters. There is no decoration clutter and the kitchen is perfect. The mattress and bedding choices were comfortable.

There were unfinished projects, especially the entry path from gate to front door… uneven footing, sandy path washout, unswept porch tile at entry. Living room fan has blown dust onto ceiling so you need to clean that. Install a dividing curtain or folding screen in bathroom to hide the utility room.
