Perfekte Lage 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof sowie direkt neben Edeka, trotzdem ruhig, Fenster gehen nicht zur Straße raus, sondern in den ruhigen Hinterhof, optimal! 👍 Zum Strand/Seebrücke 20 Minuten zu Fuß auf einem schönen Waldweg, was will man mehr an der Ostsee?
Es gibt ausschließlich zwei Dachfenster zum Lüften, die durchaus schwer zu erreichen sind, wenn man weniger als 1,70 m groß ist. Die Lüftung des (innenliegenden) Badezimmers ist vorhanden, aber nicht besonders stark, aber dafür gibt es ja noch einen Trockenraum im Keller.
