Greenhill Suite - Central 1BR Apartment with Parking

Location was great, pretty central, nice and clean and comfortable ... would definitely stay agin

One of the chopping knives in the kitchen was filthy with some kind of crusted gunk all over it ... also, in the bathroom, you need 3 things; a toilet paper roll holder beside the loo, a soap dish or little shelf in the shower, and a little shelf above the sink to put things ... the bathroom is pretty impractical to use

Great little apartment and really good value for money

The front is on a busy road so can be hard for the third guest to sleep. Fine in main bedroom. May be challenging if very sensitive to cigarette smoke - apartment is fine but stairwell is not.

The location was great , easy to get to places not far from shops and walkable to Train station

The TV was not user friendly every time you turned it on you had to reset it even though it stated ready to use this did impact on our stay On the Monday night we had no hot water As this was only a short stay just didn’t bother trying to find out about the hot water In the kitchen no oven gloves you had try and work out the cooker as no instructions Overall the TV needs to be sorted Oven gloves to be provided How to use cooker Explain if the hot water goes off and why I didn’t think the place was that clean if I been staying longer I would have brought cleaning products and give a good clean myself as there were none provided When we got there no welcome pack Which I always think is a welcome touch it makes yo feel that you are valued
