Grounds of the property was very neat and shower that good pressure. The only 2 good things about the place

We checked in on Friday. Kitchen tap was not working. No water in the tap and the tap was hanging off the sink. I contacted Mark and he wanted to know what was wrong with tap. I sent a photo and a video. The response from Mark was that he will have it fixed asap and also as it sounded like he didn’t know about the issue. No one came to the property or fix the tap. The tap underneath the sink that feeds water to the tap was turned off. We turned that on and had water but just a trickle. Bathroom had mould and the window track was full of dirt. Very dusty and strong musty smell when we entered the house. The laundry wasn’t clean at all. The couch in the living room was sunken in. There was a sign not to leave dirty dishes in the sink otherwise cleaning charge will apply. How about have a working sink to do the dishes. I was going through the reviews about the place and the issue with the kitchen tap has been there for months and obviously not fixed. No outside lights.
