The location was beautiful and the beds werecomfortable
The things in the kitchen ie the pans were so old and severely scratched we couldn’t use them, lack of glasses all mismatched and the other kitchen utensils were mismatched, the carpet was filthy especially in the corners. Also the curtains were old and didn’t block out the sun

Have stayed there before. House was as expected. Always enjoy the games room and the location is perfect. Pool was perfectly clean though the pool surrounds could use some work. (lawns & gardens overgrown but as expected due to recent weather.
Nothing much... better lighting in the games room would be handy. A a bit of external tidy up (lawns & gardens), Lounges are a bit old and could use replacing, Toilet buttons keep sticking.

The beautiful views, comfortable beds and the recreation room.
Didn't use the pool but it looked a nice area.
The friendly staff I have been conversing with.
The BBQ hadn't been cleaned for years. Al spent 2 hours cleaning it, so we could have our bbq lunch.
