The owner was really friendly.

Was a home away from home for my husband and I; very clean, extremely comfortable air conditioned room , super soft sheets 😊 all amenities.. wonderful open balcony on all sides , lovely gentle breeze ..looking out at lush greenery and mountains . (The bit of rain too was fun) for dining, chatting, laughing , reading , relaxing etc. Very friendly host and son. Absolutely delicious breakfasts made to order, coffee tea water; Easy access to Kandy sights and shopping. What more can we ask for? We bless and wish host Mr Buddhike and his handsome and brilliant son Newith ( who helped us with all technical support for our temperamental iPhones ) the best in this endeavour. We hebben hier een fantastische tijd gehad. De gastheer is werkelijk uitzonderlijk, vanaf het eerste moment stond hij voor ons klaar. Hij nam uitgebreid de tijd om ons te adviseren over alles wat we konden doen in en rond Kandy, inclusief tips die je nergens online vindt. Dankzij hem hebben we plekken bezocht die we anders nooit hadden ontdekt. Het huis zelf is prachtig gelegen en voelt direct als thuis. Onze kamer was ruim, brandschoon en heerlijk comfortabel, met alles wat je nodig hebt. We hadden volledige privacy, maar konden altijd bij hem terecht met vragen of hulp. Dit verblijf heeft onze ervaring in Kandy écht naar een hoger niveau getild. Als je op zoek bent naar een fijne plek met een warme, behulpzame gastheer en een mooie, nette kamer: niet twijfelen, hier boeken! Een van de beste accommodaties die we tijdens onze reis hebben gehad. Wij komen zeker terug! 🙌

The location was perfect very near to the centre , very calm atmosphere and the host was very kind and has helping nature, made us feel like home. We were very comfortable Room was clean and spacious bed mattress was very soft and comfortable restroom was also clean all necessary things were there. We loved the breakfast also it’s SriLankan style and he provided fruits after breakfast. He helped us to find best place to do shopping. If you need any help he is very approachable and when we need auto in early morning for our train he helped with that too. So overall it’s a wonderful place to stay.

You might feel the price for this place a bit high when you compare with other place but it’s totally worth for the place, because they provide healthy breakfast which is fulfilling as well. Also with our own experience initially we booked a low price one which didn’t look nice so immediately we shifted to this place and felt much better so guys go for it. You need comfort when you roam outside and come back to room you need this comfort so go for it.
