Apartment is very clean, well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay (host provided towels, laundry detergent, instructions on how to use appliances around the house, etc). We found the apartment easy, following the instructions provided by the host. Location-wise, apartment is situated 15' walk from the city beach, 10-15' drive from the city center. We haven't used the bus, but I saw plenty of bus stations around. There's also a shopping mall 10' away, there's a well stocked market just below, at the south entrance, and a Lidl 5' walk north entrance.
There's plenty of free parking around.
The view is indeed amazing :) we woke up early one day and the sunrise is beautiful!

The apartment was clean and practical with great sea view and close to the beach. Plenty of parking available around building. Easy self check in. Good stay.

Really lovely stay in Split. Our host Toni was super responsive on WhatsApp and provided us with clear instructions for self check-in, along with some other helpful information, including some great restaurant suggestions. They have prepared a nice cot for our little girl, just as we had requested. The neighbourhood is safe and convenient, with several supermarkets nearby. There is a shop at the entrance we used to get a few bits and bobs - drinks and breakfast items. I really enjoyed having a morning coffee and the beautiful views before everyone was up. While the apartment is not in the old town - this was not an issue for us as town centre was easily accessible by bus.
