Laura was super available and the apartment had everything we could wish for! Super comfortable, great view, furniture and kitchen and my younger son even played with some games that were available. I will definitely return again whenever I travel to Split 🥰

Das Innere der Wohnung ist absolut top - modernes Mobiliar, üppige Ausstattung, viel Platz. Die Einrichtung wirkt größtenteils hochwertig und neu. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war einfach, es wurde ein Code für ein Schlüssel-Schließfach mitgeteilt. Parkplätze für Auto oder Motorräder sind vorhanden, allerdings im "first come - first serve" Prinzip und begrenzt.

Das Appartement befindet sich im 7. Stock eines von außen schmucklos und renovierungsbedürftig wirkenden großen Wohnblocks. Der Aufzug ist uralt. Der Ausblick vom kleinen Balkon ist war mit Meerblick, allerdings hat man im Vordergrund erst einmal schmucklose Hochhäuser und Baustellen vor sich.

The apartment was big and comfortable. The balcony was the greatest asset! The kitchen was really equipped. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our things. There was parking right in front of the building, though we didn’t find a spot at once.

Exceptional place! This apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. The size is perfect for a longer stay, with two comfy bedrooms, a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you might need, as well as a balcony with comfy outdoor furniture and incredible views (if you are not afraid of heights!). The host was communicative, and picking up the keys was simple and quick. Location is great considering the price. If you are looking for somewhere that is close to both the old town (around 15 mins with a bus) and the bustling city beach (15 mins walk away).

If you are coming with a car, beware of tight and stressful parking situations. Technically, yes, parking is available, but we found it almost impossible to find a space, and when there was one, people would park in a way that we were trapped. But that is not a problem with the apartment or the hosts' fault, just a warning.
