The location was helpful

Lovely appartment near westminister. Minutes from a subway to take you to wherever you need to go in london. Small but comfortable - we enjoyed our stay. We were given coffee for the first day which was a nice touch :)

The room next to us had music on at 2am blaring quite loud. I understand this is not the appartment fault.

Location was good and it was quiet. That meant a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed in a clean room. Bear in mind this is not en suite - the shared bathroom was well equipped and clean

The floor was slightly wonky and there is a slight feel of DIY about aspects such as skirting boards. I was not there to look at decor. If you wanted to bring a bicycle, no indoor storage,

The location is perfect if you want easy access to the popular destinations in London like the Eye, Westminster and Buckingham Palace. The check-in procedure was easy and simple and the security of the property was to my expectation.

The room I was put into initially had no TV remote so no access to the TV ( this was quickly remedied by putting me into a room one floor down which housed the boiler) and the mattress while being soft was malformed and more rigid on the side closest to the wall which may be caused by the previous residents' sleeping habits as opposed to the quality of the mattress. The shower was spacious and easy to use but he sinks are tiny and really not fit for purpose i.e. brushing teeth and washing hands.
