After taking the money from my account, the host suddenly introduced a list of ridiculous “rules and conditions” that were never mentioned before. I informed the exact arrival time, yet he made me wait over two hours outside the building with no explanation or apology. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. Accommodation / Facilities: Everything about this place is a total scam. The photos show a modern apartment with a stove, washing machine, and dryer — none of these exist in reality. If you want to wash your clothes, you must pay €30 extra, which is even more expensive than a city laundry. The whole listing is misleading and dishonest. Cleanliness: Absolutely terrible. The apartment smelled bad, was dusty, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Floors were sticky and there was dirt everywhere. Comfort: No elevator, and the stairs are extremely steep and unsafe. If you have heavy luggage or any mobility issues, good luck getting to your room. Carrying my bags up to the second floor was a nightmare. Noise / Neighbors: An absolute disaster. Constant noise, arguments, and door slamming all night long. The host does nothing about it, yet threatens guests with fines if they smoke or make noise. Pure hypocrisy. Rules: The so-called “house rules” are absurd — even five-star hotels don’t have such nonsense. They only appear after your payment is taken, which feels like a trap. Value for Money: Horrible. For the same price, you can stay in a proper hotel — clean, quiet, and with real customer service. This place is nothing but a trap wrapped in fake photos and empty promises. Final Verdict: A nightmare experience, a waste of money and time, and a disgrace to the Booking platform. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this property — you will regret every minute spent here!

The room was very nice and had a nice view. The host responds very quickly to messages and is very helpful. The area is well connected to the center by public transport.

There was no broom to sweep with, which can be inconvenient if you're staying for several days, and no kitchen sink to wash the used dishes (you have to use the bathroom sink). The accommodation is located in a mostly residential area; there aren't many establishments nearby (although there is a supermarket), and there aren’t many pedestrians on the street (there are mostly bikes and cars), which can make returning at night feel a bit uncomfortable. However, neither the area nor the building feels unsafe.

Helaas was er weinig wat ons echt beviel. De locatie was niet centraal en ver weg van het station.

De bed was kapot, waardoor mijn partner de hele nacht niet kon slapen. Het toilet was niet goed schoongemaakt en het duurde lang voordat we de juiste informatie over de sleutel en toegang kregen. Alles bij elkaar was het erg teleurstellend.

Gute Lage , sauber , würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen
