Regent Court Kensington

We booked this apartment for three people and initially were placed in the tiny room with loft-style bed which was not suitable for our party. We contacted the manager Jamal, who responded very quickly despite it was Sunday afternoon. With his help the situation was resolved and we were transferred to the much larger room, equipped with everything we needed for comfortable 4 days stay in London. Thank you Jamal! The location is good, close to transportation and many shops/ restaurants just around the corner.

The small studio room should be more clear described as not suitable for three people and the people with limited mobility because of the loft-style bed.

This was everything you needed and more. Glassware, Plates, Hob, Washing up liquid! There was a fan on the ceiling and good water pressure with hot and cold water. Bed was well made and clean. We heard no noise from the road and the location was brilliant for Tube access etc... The "bunk bed" was a bit of an adventure and entertaining. Good use of space.

You can only access the bed if you're very mobile and agile, no fears of heights or claustrophobia. It needs another day spent finishing off the renovations. Little gaps here and there, e.g, in the bathroom. Although there is a TV and Wifi, the signal was so bad we couldn't watch anything. There is a huge gap in the loo door, and a window, so little to no privacy. Lastly, the key code lock on the door is wobbly, so we didn't feel too secure. But had no issues with security! I think we would stay here again.

Practically no heating. Just a small, portable radiator. Thank goodness I take my hot water bottle everywhere.

the accommodation’s location is really good. close to the city and a quiet neighbourhood.

the accommodation is too small for 4 people. the second “bed” is a couch that is about 100 cm wide. the water in the shower is either very cold or too hot. if someone wants to shower more than 4 minutes, it is not possible without the water getting to hot. if more than 1 person wants to shower it is way to hot for the second person. there is no possibility to open the windows. there are no chairs to sit on.
