I really loved the privacy you have, everything is totally independent and you don’t have to depend on someone.

There is a ceiling fan in the room and you can’t open the windows so it might get too hot, there is AC but for sure the price is different.

Great spacious apartment in the center of Leon. We definitely would recommend this place if your looking for a good value deal. We stayed as a family, my children loved to cool down after the tour of the town. The parking is conveniently located next door, the kitchen is fully stacked, great restaurant options around. The patio was great to have a beer too cool off!

If you have trouble sleeping without an AC, you might want to book a more expensive place that offers it. For us it was fine.

Gets really noisy at night, as there is a parking lot next to the bedrooms. The living room is a rather open space (ceiling not fully closed, no windows). We saw a rat peeping through the roof multiple times. While this is probably more of a León problem - the rat didn't live in the house - but the house being open makes it much more prone to such experience. The bedrooms are however more closed off with a door and proper ceiling, so it couldn't enter there. All in all it depends on what you expect from it. It is certainly a well equipped house for a very good price. If this is what you need, we can 100% recommend this house. As a group of three travellers, we ended up in a hostel for a few more nights where we felt more at peace.
