Great location, a 10 minute walk from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable, good shower with warm water, good air conditioning. Kitchen with all the things you need to cook a meal if you want and big water cooler for drinking. Tienda a few doors down. Will definitely start again on our layovers in Managua. Staff are kind and helpful too.

Located in a safe gated community. The staff were very friendly, arranged a taxi, provided recommendations for dinner and let us leave our bags for a few days while we visited the Corn Islands. There is a nice communal kitchen.
The bed was very comfy, the aircon was efficient, there was hot water in the shower (very rare find in Nicaragua).
I wouldn't recommend this area for a long term stay in Managua but as a stop over before an early fight it was perfect.

They were very accommodating booking a taxi for me upon arrival, as I waslanding late at night. The lovely lady was waiting for me to give me the keys, take payment and give me some basic instructions. The room is basic but ample, clean and very convenient, the AC is a blessing. It was the perfect place to spend a few hours before getting home the next day.
There is quite a bit of road noise during the day as it is very close to the busy Carretera Norte, so if you need rest during the day, it is probably not the best option. But during the night is was totally fine.

Very neat to the airport
The taxi I booked over the accommodation did not arrive and they didn't refund me the money I paid.
