The room is clean, and full of equipment, like microwave, laundry machine, cooking desk, and there are a lot of supermarket and convenience store nearby. The best part is a fitness under B1.

The bathroom is small, especially bathtub, i’m 176cm tall, can’t stand well to take shower, so if you are taller than me, perhaps you can join the 24 hrs gym to take shower.

Arrivati durante orario di check in, l'appartamento non era stato pulito! Abbiamo dovuto attendere le 22 di sera affinché la camera venisse pulita e quindi per poter entrare, senza avere alcun rinborso

Washing machine was really great, also proximity to Sasazuka and family, close to Sasazuka Station and 1 Station from Shinjuku. 2 Lifts were fast. AirCon and Humidifier good. Hanging space in foyer and against the wall with plenty of hangers for the washing. Window and curtains good.Great price.

The bed was close to the wall and too heavy to move. We could not move it out from the wall to allow access from both sides. The seats with the table were not comfortable. The step up into the bathroom and into the bathroom was challenging for our age. Also nothing to put our open suitcases on. No bathmat to avoid slipping after a shower. Quite small. Washing machine needs english instructions- worked it out after the first wash.
