When we first arrived, we had a problem with getting the TV to work so we called Crystal, who came over immediately and handled the issue right away.
The floors were very dirty, which is not good when you are asked to remove your shoes.
The kitchen table and chairs were not very comfortable.
Not a complaint but the icemaker seemed to have a mind of it's own and would spew forth cubes when no one was even in the kitchen.
