Located just two blocks from downtown, you'll be within easy walking distance of local restaurants, shops, mini-golf, go-karts, ice cream parlors, Marshs free museum, and the beach—no need to drive once you arrive!
Inside, you'll find a Queen bed, a Futon couch (full-size bed), and a Futon chair (single bed). The kitchenette ensures convenience, while your private balcony offers a front-row seat to the beauty of the Washington Coast.

• Located at the main beach approach entrance
• 1-minute walk to get your feet in the sand

Pets:
• This home is NOT Pet-Friendly
• Violating this rule will result in a $500 fine per dog

This property is very clean, well stocked with everything you would need and décor is very nice, The bed was comfortable not to mention the views are AMAZING. As elderly beach lovers we thought this would be a perfect get a way for us but the all futon furniture just did not work for us, just to uncomfortable. We did however make the stay work by buying a two lawn chairs to sit on. The bistro table and chairs are tucked away in a corner and hard to access for eating, they have binders and other décor on it that as to be moved with no real place to put it. All and all we had a great time and would recommend it to our younger and more flexible friends. :)

Stayed July 3–5, 2025 with my wife via VRBOWe had a fantastic stay at Bolstad West for the holiday weekend. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from the beach, right by the boardwalk, and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Long Beach. Fireworks on the beach were next-level, and it was amazing to watch the chaos and color unfold right outside the property.The unit itself was clean, quiet, and tastefully furnished, with a cozy vibe that made it feel like home. Everything was well-stocked and thoughtfully arranged. The views of the ocean and dunes were exactly what we came for—sunset from the window was a highlight each night.Check-in through VRBO was smooth, and communication with the host was great. We also appreciated how peaceful the building felt even during a busy weekend. Definitely a great mix of convenience, comfort, and classic beach charm.We’ll be back!
