Cosy flat - Garden - Swimming pool

Location is good if you don't want to be in the heart of city. Big garden and privacy was a big plus for us. Plenty of appliances and kitchen equipment. Host was nice enough to let us check in a bit early due to our early morning arrival and no one was staying the night before. Spacious and bright during the day. Luckily there was 1 fan for the whole place (could really use 2 - 1 for living and 1 for bedroom) - without it would be too hot in the heat wave. Free partial undercover parking is a plus. Clean shower (no tub). Really nice cleaner with great energy.

500 euro deposit required on top of what you pay. The site also tries to get you to buy insurance in case host is not happy with how you left the place. Check-out process: You pay 90.99 euro cleaning fee/stay. Yet in order to leave, you must wash all kitchen equipment, clean after yourself, take out the trash. Shouldn't we get a discount on cleaning fee instead? Property service charge: 13 euro. We're already paying for the stay and paying more service charge... Too many contacts: There's 3 people to contact for each different purpose, which was a bit confusing. Trying to ask for early check in, asking for closest photo print shop (outsourced concierge service - really don't need this with AI now. Just used it since it came with the stay.), how to get check-in procedure were all separate number(s)/chat which was unclear. Never heard back about how to use the printer. Property was dirty upon arrival, no bed made and skid mark in the toilet. We were tired so just wanted to sleep before we get ready to go out for an event but woken up by the cleaner & chemical smell (she was lovely, but unfortunately, caused a lack of privacy and quiet comfort). Lighting: At night, can seem a bit too dim. Bedroom has only 1 narrow window so can be a bit dim even during the day.

La posizione della struttura vicino al paese ed immersa nel verde, l'appartamento ben arredato. Il posto auto assicurato. Non ho utilizzato la piccola piscina

Alcuni dettagli come non avere un portarotoli nel wc a portata di mano, e un ripiano dove appoggiare Cell o Kindle o giornale. In cucina manca una pentola di dimensioni medie con i manici, non ho trovato le istruzioni per accendere e spegnere la cappa (che ho trovato un po' unta) indispensabile da usare con il piano cottura ad induzione.

Es un apartamento amplio y precioso, muy bien amueblado, luminoso y cómodo, muy cerca del centro del pueblo, al que se puede incluso ir andando, muy recomendable

El único punto negativo que puedo poner es que no tiene aire acondicionado, y en tiempo de mucho calor por la noche supongo que se notará, aunque nosotros no nos ha afectado mucho. También estaría bien que tuviera salida directa a la piscina, pero ambos puntos quedan compensados con creces con la calidad y acabados del apartamento que son francamente buenos.

Fantastic property for a short stay. All items in the home are modern and work well. Easy to enter property. Highly recommend this apartment.
