In a nice quiet gated residence, charming apartment of owner, three rooms with ground garden located at 5 min. walk to the old village of Valbonne.

Inside, this apartment consists of 3 main rooms including 1 living room with kitchen (kitchen, oven, refrigerator, hot plate, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with a bed 140X190, a large room with two beds 90X190 with bathroom completely redone, a second bathroom with toilet and shower and air conditioning in each main room. The great room opens onto a second enclosed space of 25 m2 with garden shed and a small garden.
Two parking spaces within the grounds of the residence are also offered. All useful telephone numbers, login codes, user manuals of the devices will be available on arrival.
