It was as in the pictures. The check-in lady was great, she cut her lunch-break short to let us in earlier than expected, she reacted quickly to some problems I noticed right away. Beds were ok, blinds gave total darkness. Parking on the street easy, just 5 euros per day. Good location.

This is managed by an agency whose reaction times are wildly random. From ultra-fast when we run out of gas to no answer to some other issues. I felt that they did not welcome feedback on the issues that "belong" to the owner, and there were plenty of these. At 200 € a day, I would expect the kitchen to be fully equipped. No dishwasher, limited amount of things. Using the oven cuts the electricity. Small, old fridge. No mosquito nets. No airco, no fan. So it was HOT. And opening the windows meant noise and mosquitoes. Only two armchairs for 6 people. Door with a missing glass panel. Damaged door handles. No hooks or towel rails for towels. Toilet paper hanger damaged - leave it on the window next to the towels, piled up, hoping that nothing falls to the floor. Tiny rail to dry laundry. The very few & old plastic pegs break down one after another. No separate rubbish containers to help recycling. Hot water not reliable - it would be so easy and cheaper with solar panels. Leaking tank on main toilet. Door-phone absolutely ineffective: someone has to go down to main gate because there is where the phone is, but the opening mechanism works in the inner door. Barking dogs to both sides. Next to main road = all street noises come through the open windows: ambulances, noisy motorbikes, you name it. At half the price, it would have been ok. But at this price? Not at all. We were there one month ago and I know I have forgotten some of the issues.
