Amazing surroundings - the place is surrounded by mountains and the mornings and evenings are especially beautiful. Toy room for the little one was a big hit too, and it was easy to cook as well as wash utensils and clothes. You really get a feel of the Swiss country life here. The team is great too - helped us throughout, including dropping us off and picking us up each day (due to changed circumstances with the walking route to the station)

Car is required, which we didn't have. The highway isn't walkable, and the dirt road was closed off due to a bull being around, so we couldn't walk to the train station on any day. Matt & his team did take care of this for us though, and we're very grateful for that!

Alles was perfect

Wow, there are no words to describe this property! This was our first time driving through Interlaken and Grindelwald, and after a month of searching for a place to stay for two days, we found this beautiful house with a stunning location. It’s worth every penny spent. The views are incredible: countryside, mountains, icy peaks, and even a waterfall behind the house. There’s a large farming land behind it, with a farm next door and 5 cows in the backyard. Once you’re in the house, I doubt you’ll want to leave. The space inside is more than enough, and the facilities are great, with all-new kitchen appliances. The host, Max, was very friendly and provided us with detailed instructions on how to get there, where to park, where to get the key, and where to park bicycles, all with helpful pictures. He responded quickly to all of our messages. This stay was the best we’ve had in Europe so far. We planned to extend our stay, but due to the weather and work commitments, we couldn’t. We’ll definitely be back next time, and I highly recommend this place to friends and family. It's totally worth the stay—you won't get bored! If you're traveling with kids, you won’t need Wi-Fi or TV because there are plenty of board games, toys, and even a table tennis area. 10/10, spectacular!

To be honest, there’s nothing I didn’t like about this place. However, for those sensitive to strong smells from the farm next door and some flies in the backyard, it might be a concern. Other than that, everything was great.
