Alojamiento moderno, buena ubicación Butantã, bien equipado, bien por las toallas, y productos de limpieza personal!
Algo oscuro y poco confiable el proceso de pago, se paga 100% antes siquiera conocer el lugar. Nadie te recibe, sólo el guardia del edificio atrás de un vidrio que no se ve. No hay ropa de cama completa, un detalle menor que suma mucho. La basura no es claro como se procede.

La buena ubicación y limpieza del apartamento, además de la seguridad en edificio y la zona.
Varios problemas: no hubo explicación clara del pago; tampoco enviaron a tiempo enlace para check-in y al llegar demoré más de 2 horas en ese proceso y sin wifi. Me cambiaron a otro piso el último día y sin avisar

Gostei do conforto e localização. O studio não é muito grande mas acomoda perfeitamente até duas pessoas (no quarto que eu fiquei só tinha uma cama). Tivemos um pequeno problema mas eles foram super solicitos e resolveram quase que na mesma hora, por isso, eu recomendo super! Localização excepcional, próximo do metrô e seguro. Eu e outras amigas fizemos trajeto a pé durante à noite e foi consideravelmente seguro.
