The check-in assisted by a gentleman is appreciated. The overall support from Heidy is also acknowledged. However, the owner’s handling over the gas pipeline maintenance that resulted into a cold night with no heating at all gave us considerable discomfort and hard times. The incident turned out to be a valve shutoff for the external gas pipeline at the completion of the maintenance. But after that, they left without any notice for us (we were outside the apartment that day) about what had happened and also there was no any contact personnel available during that time for us in case if anything happened to the room. There was no apology from the owner for that incident, let alone any compensation from the host.

The apartment was very clean and nice. It looks very similar to the pictures.

The neighbours were very noisy. If you want to get some rest in the afternoon/evening, forget it. The other neighbours were smoking weed all day long and the smoke was coming in the apartment which was very annoying.

La posizione è ottima, a 20 min a piedi dalla stazione e dai luoghi di Pavia che ci interessavano. La zona è molto verde, ottima per portare a passeggio i cani. Letto molto comodo, esposizione perfetta per la stagione. Il signore che ci ha accolti per il check in era molto gentile e accogliente.

Per il tutto il periodo c'è stato un guasto alla caldaia, quindi non abbiamo avuto né l'acqua calda, né la doccia, né il riscaldamento, né la lavastoviglie. Il modem si accendeva, ma il collegamento ad internet non funzionava. Quando sono arrivati l'elettricista e il tecnico per la caldaia ero da solo in casa senza il proprietario e senza una persona dell'agenzia, tant'è che ho dovuto aiutare io l'elettricista a smontare un mobile per raggiungere la presa. Ciò significa che ho dovuto garantire la mia presenza in casa invece di potermi muovere in città. I proprietari dell'immobile, persone molto cordiali, hanno rimborsato in parte la somma anche se avrei sperato in un rimborso maggiore, visto il disagio.
