Oak House

Perfect communication with the host; clear and concise. The cozy little house had all the amenities one could need and was one of the best we've stayed in! We really appreciated the extra care they took to provide additional fans to keep us cool during the warm weather, in addition to the AC. The house is very close to the main square, cafés, and the main park. The nearby public swimming pool was also a plus for us, especially since the house doesn't have one. There are pleasant river beaches within a 30-minute drive, as well as some amazing historical sites nearby.

The fact that a door code is used makes access to the property very easy and smooth. However, despite being sent a unique personal door code, as explained by the host, we were left wondering whether this might also make it easier for unwanted visitors to gain access.

The property was clean and tidy, and every room is decorated with care and great taste. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are ventilators/AC in the living room and in the main room.

The room has plenty of light from the back yard but the living room can be a bit dark since the front of the house has no windows (other than the window on the front door).

Ótima estadia! A casa tem tudo para autonomia, é muito funcional e limpa. Espaço exterior muito simpático. Lemos criticas do barulho dos cães (em 6 noites não nos encomodou nenhuma) e da água quente não chegar para 2 banhos, o que também não foi a nossa experiência, pois deu para banhos e louça. Estava tudo 5*****. A repetir
