A casa é muito espaçosa e perfeita para dois casais amigos. Muito próxima dos hipermercados e a uma curta distância do centro de Reguengos de Monsaraz. Um local calmo e com facilidades de estacionamento. Casa recentemente renovada e muito limpa.
De não ter acesso pelo pátio exterior para descarregar as malas. Tem duas câmaras de filmar, uma no acesso à casa na porta principal perfeitamente compreensível, mas uma câmara de filmar no pátio onde nem sequer temos acesso, parece uma invasão da privacidade e um controle das pessoas que estão na casa. Está bem explícito na descrição da casa mas ter duas camas de casal não é o ideal para um casal com filhos.
