Horribly complicated way to get the keys, which is to be expected when it's a host who is not on site. We were sent all the way around the back of the building about a 7-8 minute walk to get the key from the lockbox. Getting the code took some time because the host was waiting to confirm receipt of deposit from their partner. The process of uploading a selfie and stuff, going through the whole manual as part of the check-in process was all ludicrous and cumbersome to say the least. Going on an expedition to retrieve the keys to your accomodation after a tiresome journey is not the best start. We later found out that we could've gone straight through the building lobby or the far side of the building where the key box was located. To make matters worse, the access card holder was ripped which I didn't realize initially and I had accidentally drop the card on the ground on my way back to the other side. I later patched this up with some tape myself. We wanted to make ourselves cups of tea when we got to the apartment but the kettle was so full of limescale, it was disgusting. Please clean this with some vinegar. We also opened the dishwasher when we arrived only to find it was half flooded with dirty water. No one was able to repair it in the days we stayed and it started to smell. The range hood was also quite wonky. There's a lot of noise from the surrounding area so even at night, it's hard to get a peaceful night's sleep. The laundry down by the carpark needs coins which we weren't aware of and unfortunately couldn't get any washing done. Overall, wouldn't recommend staying here again.
