Great communication. Great and clear direction on key collection, parking etc. Was only a 15 minute walk to Queen street. Great location and very comfortable room with a good view.
Only a minor mishap with no blanket for the sofa bed but this was easily solved. Was quickly solved. Thankyou for an awesome stay

The view.
It was dirty.
Mould in the bathroom vanity and shower.
Carpet was stained in several places.
Every wall had dirt and or marks on them.
