The property was nestled in the back of the block, beautifully appointed, luxurious, the gas fire was amazing. heated floors made is it warm and cozy. kitchen had everything we needed. great location, easy walk into the main street and view to the mountains were great.

My only issue was there were no face washers, hardly an issue, but would've been good.

This house is lovely and new, in a great location within walking distance of Arrowtown village and the river. It’s warm and well insulated and, for the most part, well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maybe it was the busy time of year (Christmas Eve arrival) but we were missing a few basics like an iron for our Christmas Day outfits (we were delivered one a few days later), salad servers, a sachet of dishwasher powder for the first night until we got to the shops, vacuum cleaner was full, body wash empty in main ensuite, plastic rubbish under beds from previous guests. Few things like this and cheap Kmart pillows and duvets weren’t consistent with the quality of the rest of the property.

The hosts communication for locating the property and the lockbox was excellent.

The TV was difficult to navigate channels even with instructions in house manual.
